Rental Details:
Deposit: A refundable deposit of $200 is due upon vehicle pickup. This deposit will be returned to you once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, assuming there are no additional charges.
Please note: The deposit may be used to cover any applicable fuel charges, excess cleaning fees, or damage costs, should these occur. Any remaining balance after these deductions will be refunded.
Fuel: Your vehicle will come with a full tank of gas. We ask that you return it with a full tank as well. If you are unable to, we will handle the refueling for you at a rate of $ (market price) per gallon, plus a $25 convenience fee. The charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Cleaning: We provide complimentary cleaning if the vehicle is returned in reasonable condition. If excessive cleaning is needed (e.g., heavy dirt, stains, odors), there will be a charge deducted from your deposit. No Smoking in the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking, a minimum $200 cleaning fee will apply.
Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends in most of our vehicles. To maintain the comfort and safety of all our customers and pets, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Seat Protection: Please provide a blanket to cover the seats when traveling with pets. If you do not have a blanket, we will provide one for you.
- Pet Size: For the safety and comfort of your pet and vehicle integrity, we restrict the size of pets to small and medium breeds. Large dogs are not permitted in the vehicles.
- Never Leave Pets Unattended: Please do not leave pets unattended in the vehicles at any time. This ensures their safety and well-being, particularly under varying temperature conditions.
A cleaning fee of $35 is applied to all rentals involving pets to cover the necessary cleaning post-rental. If extensive cleaning is required, an additional fee may be assessed based on the condition of the vehicle upon return.

Mileage:
150 miles per day included. Additional miles are charged at $0.40/mile.
Mileage is cumulative for multi-day rentals. For example, a 3-day rental = 450 free miles.
Insurance:
Please ensure that your insurance covers rental vehicles, including collision and liability. You may want to check with your insurance provider or credit card issuer to confirm your coverage and any deductibles for rental vehicles.
Other Terms:
Drivers: Drivers must be 25 years old or older to rent from A1 Auto Rental, LLC.
